It is an online Technical Support Service (TSS - SAT) website. It is based on osTicket (open source support ticket system).
It allows customers open, close, view, answer and upload files to their tickets any time. Staff can manage tickets, answer, open/close,
send attached files, and generate reports. The admin area allows manage the site and generate monthly reports.
