This is the SEMI's Telecontrol dept. website. It is not just a informative web page, but includes a customer area. Customers can download firmware and software updates. This project also includes an admin mode so SEMI engineers can upload software. In addition we also developed a beta-version sharing directory for SEMI engineers so they can send heavy files to their clients.
